**Greeting from TCS** **We are looking for** **Role**: Automotive Cybersecurity SME **Required Technical Skill Set**: Automotive Cybersecurity SME **Desired Experience Range**: 12+ yrs of experience **Location of Requirement**: Pune **Must-Have** - Strong experience in automotive cybersecurity development, integration, and validation for connected vehicle and ECU platforms. - Hands-on experience with RCAR and similar automotive controllers, SoCs, and embedded platform architecture. - Good understanding of automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations including ISO 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 compliance requirements. - Strong knowledge of secure boot, Hardware Security Module (HSM), cryptographic concepts, key management, and secure communication mechanisms. - Experience in Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), cybersecurity risk mitigation, and security concept development activities. - Good understanding of IDS/IPS, secure diagnostics, intrusion detection mechanisms, and vehicle network security concepts. - Experience in OTA security implementation including secure software update mechanisms, authentication, integrity validation, and secure flashing. - Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols and security concepts related to CAN, Ethernet, DoIP, and diagnostic communication. - Experience in cybersecurity testing, penetration testing support, vulnerability analysis, and security validation activities. - Strong analytical, debugging, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills within global automotive development environments. **Good-to-Have** - Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and technically hands-on. - Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Focused on continuous improvement and innovation in development practices.
