**AUTOSAR BSW Engineer NvM / Fee Specialist | Tata Technologies** **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 1 to 7 Years **Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Preferred **Open Positions:** 2 Position Overview Tata Technologies is looking for an experienced **AUTOSAR BSW Engineer Memory Stack (NvM & Fee Specialist)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in **AUTOSAR Memory Stack configuration, integration, debugging, and Embedded C development**, with expertise in **NvM and Fee modules**. Key Responsibilities - Configure, integrate, and validate AUTOSAR Memory Stack modules (NvM & Fee) - Perform NvM and Fee block configuration and management as per AUTOSAR standards - Handle memory read/write flows, job processing, and error handling - Debug ECU-level memory issues using tools such as Trace32, CANoe, and CANalyzer - Support memory stack integration and architecture alignment - Perform root cause analysis for memory-related issues - Collaborate with ASW, OS, Integration, and BSW teams - Participate in design, development, and code reviews Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in **AUTOSAR NvM and Fee Configuration & Integration** Good understanding of **Memory Stack Workflow (NvM Fee Fls)** Experience with **EB tresos Studio / ETAS RTA-CAR** Strong proficiency in **Embedded C Programming** Experience in **ECU-level Memory Debugging** Hands-on experience in **NvM & Fee Block Configuration and Management** Good understanding of **AUTOSAR BSW Architecture** Preferred Skills - Experience with **Infineon TC3xx** or similar MCUs - Exposure to **Multi-Core Systems** and **CDD-based Integration** - Familiarity with **ASPICE** and **ISO 26262** - Experience with **Polyspace, Coverity, or QAC** - Basic **Python Scripting** knowledge Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related Engineering discipline **Interested Candidates** Please share your updated resume to **Shital.Jakkulwar@tatatechnologies.com** Kindly mention: - Total Experience - Relevant Experience in AUTOSAR NvM/Fee - Current Company - Current Location - Preferred Location - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period / LWD - Reason for Change - Career Gap (if any)
