Autosar BSW Test Engineer (OTA/Bootloader/CANoe) - Immediate Joiner

Job description

We are seeking BSW OTA Testing Engineers with expertise in OTA flashing, software updates, diagnostics, and AUTOSAR-based systems. The role involves validating Base Software (BSW), developing test cases, executing tests, analyzing failures, and collaborating with suppliers and development teams to ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities • Validate Base Software (BSW) with a focus on Flashing and OTA Software Updates. • Review AUTOSAR and Daimler requirements and contribute to requirement refinement. • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for BSW validation. • Analyze failures, perform root-cause analysis, and track defects to closure. • Collaborate with suppliers, developers, and cross-functional teams. Must-Have Skills • Hands-on experience with OTA Flashing and Software Update Validation. • Strong knowledge of Bootloader, Flashing Process, Onboard/Offboard Diagnostics. • Expertise in UDS Diagnostics (ISO 14229) and ISO 15765. • Experience with CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay, Ethernet/DoIP. • Proficiency in Vector CANoe, VT System, vTESTstudio, CAPL Scripting. • Strong Embedded C, Python, and Lauterbach Debugging skills. • Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Automation. • Experience with ODX, PDX, CDD, ARXML databases. • Familiarity with diagnostic services such as 0x10, 0x22, 0x2E, 0x31, 0x27, 0x29. Good to Have • Experience with automotive Body Control, Connectivity, and Security domains. • Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems. • Familiarity with DaVinci, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and ASPICE processes. • Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.
