The candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling environments, ensuring smooth batch operations, and providing production support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and manage **Control-M scheduling environment** (installation, configuration, and maintenance) * Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs and scheduling issues * Perform job scheduling, workflow management, and dependency handling * Ensure timely resolution of production issues and critical incidents * Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution * Maintain system performance, stability, and reliability * Implement changes, upgrades, and patches as required * Prepare and maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, etc.) **Required Skills:** * Strong expertise in **Control-M (Administrator level)** * Good hands-on experience in **Autosys** * Knowledge of batch scheduling, job automation, and workflow orchestration * Experience in incident management and production support * Basic understanding of **Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell preferred)** * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
