**Job Title:** Manager / AVP – India CoE Global PMO **Department** : Change Management **About Business line/Function:** Change Management Team within Operations is a Transversal Business Line playing a support role to Operations pertaining to Market Operations (MOP) and Client Engagement & Financial Security (CEFS) teams. The team mainly supports Business Operations by looking into Transition/Project Management, Continuous Improvement Projects & MIS/Dashboards for Operations perimeter. **Position Purpose:** An increasing role is played by ISPL Operations to support various Business lines. The position’s main purpose is to equip ISPL Operations with the ability to contribute to Transformation around the 5 levers defined at Group level v Implement new customers journeys v Upgrade the operational model v Adapt information systems v Make better use of data to serve clients v Work differently Scope of the role requires intervention on occasional / ad hoc subjects (requiring reactivity & analytical mind) & on projects of greater scale (horizontal projects & multi sites). Coordinating with various Operations departments (Middle office / Operations / IT) as well as other CIB or Group Functions (Finance / Compliance / Risk, etc.) To assist Business lines in the development, expansion, growth of its business activities by ensuring the end-to-end value chain design is addressing several aspects such as Process Expertise, Operational efficiency (Automation, Process Design, etc.) & Financial Security (Payment transparency, Sanctions, Group policies, etc.) **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities Transitions / Strategic Projects - The E2E management (Outsourcing and Insourcing) aspect from the Beneficiary to the Provider for each activity to be transitioned - Liaise with the Business stakeholders - Asses the Criticality and Risk nature of the activity to be outsourced - Create Business Cases (Financial impact – Cost Saving / Avoidance) - Outsourcing Committee Kick Off - Liaising with and Gathering of Opinions & Approvals from Beneficiary, Central and Provider Transversal functions - Involvement in E-Transformation committee - Ensure completeness of Documentation aspects and formalities (Specificities) - Consider Regulatory aspect (Approvals / Notifications) - Monitoring of all transition related activities - Management Decks and Governance - Transversal Topics : SLAs, Committee approvals and evidence documentation - Ensure appropriate escalation to management as soon as an issue remains unsolved beyond & above what can be reasonably handled within the considered remit - End to project planning and execution of various strategic projects Location Strategy committees - Organize and animate in liaison with Cluster heads and their Chief of staff the Location strategy committee aiming at reviewing all smart sourcing initiatives by cluster every two months. - Ensure proper budget monitoring of all smart sourcing initiatives by cluster in liaison with Global Head of Transformation Contributing Responsibilities Governances for Global Operational Initiatives Management of Adhoc Committees Contribution towards Global Communities Simplification of processes **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** v Project & Transition Management v Organization agility & optimization v Operational Risk & Control awareness v External Customer & Service Focus v Takes initiative & is results driven v Decision capabilities v Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills v Ability to innovate & manage change & complexity with confidence **Specific Qualifications** Change Management Team within Operations is a Transversal Business Line playing a support role to Operations pertaining to Market Ops (MOP) and Client Engagement and Financial Security (CEFS) teams.
