**Role Details:** - Need a person to lead North America - Need a tenured AVP; a new senior manager/ AVP or an experienced senior manager will not work because the role is complex with multiple stakeholders. - Eventually the future of this role is that person will manage all North America for the client, and it is a sizable business. - Span- 250 plus, he will have senior managers and managers and, in some scenarios, even junior AVP is reporting. - Gurgaon with flexibility to travel to Jaipur and Noida **Qualities of Candidate**: - Should have deep experience in commercial specialty underwriting. - Experience in claims, will be a plus - somebody with 18 years plus experience - This is the operating leader role, which means candidate needs to have domain, but also need to be very smart operationally. - Candidate who comes in to have delivered transformation initiatives, value delivery. - Should have Exec Presence since this is a growth role **Must Haves:** - Experience in Underwriting - must have deep experience in operations - Experience in project ownership is the key - Span management-250-300+ - Person must work in US-EST hours. **Other Details:** Team Size- 7-10 (SM & Managers) Location: Gurgaon Work Shifts: US Shifts (3pm-2am) Work Model: Hybrid
