Job description

**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** - Design cloud-native architectures and migration strategies for enterprise applications to AWS. - Define and implement best practices for infrastructure, networking, security, and application design in the cloud. - Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews. - Develop and maintain architecture artifacts such as diagrams, playbooks, and templates. - Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK. - Drive adoption of DevOps and automation practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and logging. - Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards using AWS native tools and frameworks. - Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost. - Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions. - Good Communication skill - Strong customer facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues. **Good-to-Have** **Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS).** **Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-account architecture.** **Exposure to serverless architectures, including Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.** **Knowledge of cost management tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor.** **Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments.**
