Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design and review AWS cloud infrastructure architectures for new and existing projects. - Create scalable, highly available, and secure cloud solutions supporting: - Web applications - APIs - Batch processing workloads - Enterprise services - Define cloud design standards, architecture patterns, and deployment strategies. - Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using: - Terraform - AWS CDK - Design and implement AWS networking, security, and IAM strategies. - Ensure performance, reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements are met. - Monitor cloud utilization and implement cost optimization initiatives. - Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and support architectural decision-making. - Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders. - Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and governance standards. **MustHave Skills** **AWS Cloud Architecture** - Strong experience designing solutions on: - AWS Cloud - Experience with: - High-availability architectures - Scalable cloud-native applications - Enterprise infrastructure design **Infrastructure as Code** - Hands-on experience with: - Terraform - AWS CDK - Experience designing reusable infrastructure modules and deployment frameworks. **Security & Governance** - Strong understanding of: - AWS IAM - Identity and access management - Cloud security best practices **Monitoring & Operations** - Experience with: - Capacity planning - Performance monitoring - Logging and observability solutions **Databases** - Strong knowledge of: - PostgreSQL - Oracle - MySQL - Amazon Aurora - Amazon RDS - Understanding of: - Redshift - NoSQL technologies **Scripting & Automation** - Experience with one or more: - Python - Bash - PowerShell - Ruby **GoodtoHave Skills** - AWS Solution Architect Associate certification or higher. - Knowledge of: - Redshift - Data platforms - Cloud migration programs - Exposure to: - Enterprise cloud transformation initiatives - Experience working on large-scale cloud modernization projects.
