**Job Description AWS Cloud Support Engineer** **Location:** Greater Noida **Role Overview** We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure operations, incident management, security, automation, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of cloud-hosted business-critical workloads while adhering to ITIL and operational best practices **Key Responsibilities** **AWS Infrastructure Management** - Administer and support AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EFS, CloudWatch, Route53, Lambda, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, FSx, and Backup. - Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources following organizational standards and security policies. - Manage AWS networking components including Load Balancers, Security Groups, NACLs, VPNs, and Transit Gateway. **Monitoring & Incident Management** - Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch and third-party monitoring tools. - Investigate and resolve L1/L2/L3 cloud incidents and service requests. - Participate in major incident management and root cause analysis activities. - Ensure adherence to SLA and KPI commitments. **Security & Compliance** - Implement and maintain AWS security best practices. - Manage IAM roles, policies, access controls, and encryption mechanisms. - Support compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, and organizational security policies. - Review security findings and coordinate remediation activities. **Backup & Disaster Recovery** - Manage AWS Backup solutions and recovery procedures. - Perform periodic backup validation and disaster recovery testing. - Support business continuity initiatives. **Automation & DevOps Support** - Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation of repetitive tasks. - Support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation. - Assist DevOps teams in deployment and release activities. **Cost Optimization** - Monitor cloud utilization and identify optimization opportunities. - Implement rightsizing, reserved instances, savings plans, lifecycle policies, and storage optimization. - Generate monthly cloud utilization and cost reports. **Required Technical Skills** **AWS Services** - EC2, VPC, IAM - S3, EBS, EFS, FSx - RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) - Route53 - CloudWatch - CloudTrail - Systems Manager - AWS Backup - Lambda (basic understanding) - KMS and Secrets Manager **Operating Systems** - Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu) - Windows Server Administration **Automation & IaC** - Terraform - CloudFormation - Python / Bash / PowerShell **Monitoring Tools** - CloudWatch - Datadog (preferred) - AppDynamics/ New Relic (preferred) **ITSM Tools** - Manage Engine - Jira **Shift Requirement:** 24x7 rotational support / on-call support as per project requirements. **Please share your resume to** **asmita.tripathi@coforge.com** **along with below details:** **Exp:** **Notice Period:** **Current CTC:** **ECTC:** **Current Location:** **Ok for Greater Noida:** **Ok for 24\\*7 Shift:** **Ok to WFO (hybrid):**
