**Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Designer (Solution Architect) to design and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS. The role involves defining enterprise cloud architecture, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and ensuring reliability, security, and cost optimization. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and design **scalable, highly available, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure** - Lead **cloud migration and modernization initiatives** (on-prem to AWS / multi-cloud environments) - Define end-to-end **cloud architecture including networking, compute, storage, and security layers** - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation and standardization - Design and optimize **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration on AWS** - Ensure **cloud security best practices** (IAM, encryption, network security, compliance) - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance and availability - Drive **cost optimization strategies and FinOps initiatives** - Collaborate with application, DevOps, and business teams for solution design - Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and mentorship to teams - Participate in architecture reviews, PoCs, and innovation initiatives **Technical Skills Mandatory** - Strong hands-on experience with **AWS services**, including: - Compute: EC2, Lambda - Storage: S3, EBS, Glacier - Networking: VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53 - Databases: RDS, DynamoDB - Expertise in **cloud architecture design and solutioning** - Experience with **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform / CloudFormation) - Strong knowledge of **network architecture and cloud security frameworks** - Experience with **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / CodePipeline) - Proficiency in **Linux/Unix and scripting (Shell / Python)** - Experience designing **high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable architectures** **Good to Have Skills** - Experience with **containerization & orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) - Exposure to **multi-cloud environments (Azure / GCP)** - Knowledge of **monitoring tools** (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) - Experience with **microservices and API-based architectures** - AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional)
