Dear cadidates , **AWS Cloud Migration & Infrastructure** **Job Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **AWS Engineer** to lead cloud migration initiatives, design enterprise-grade AWS landing zones, and architect scalable infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, cost-optimized AWS cloud architectures while managing large-scale infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** **Cloud Architecture & Design** - Design and implement enterprise AWS architectures aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles (security, reliability, performance, cost optimization, operational excellence) - Develop comprehensive cloud migration strategies and roadmaps for on-premises and legacy systems - Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for complex AWS solutions **AWS Landing Zone Creation & Management** - Design and deploy AWS Landing Zones following AWS best practices and compliance requirements - Implement multi-account AWS strategies with proper governance, security baselines, and centralized logging - Configure AWS Organizations, service control policies (SCPs), and cross-account access patterns - Establish identity and access management (IAM) hierarchies and implement least-privilege security models **Cloud Migration Leadership** - Lead end-to-end migration projects using the AWS Migration Accelerator Program (MAP) framework - Assess current infrastructure and develop detailed migration plans covering 6R strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Retain) - Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and risk mitigation throughout migration cycles - Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth transitions **Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) Development** - Write, test, and maintain production-grade Terraform code for AWS infrastructure provisioning - Design modular, reusable Terraform modules for common infrastructure patterns - Implement version control, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines for IaC deployments - Manage state files securely and implement disaster recovery for infrastructure definitions **Required Qualifications** **Experience & Expertise** - 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 4+ years specifically in AWS cloud architecture - Proven expertise in designing and implementing AWS landing zones and multi-account strategies - Hands-on experience leading enterprise cloud migration projects (minimum 3+ migrations) - Advanced proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code principles - Strong understanding of AWS core services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and more - Demonstrated experience with AWS networking, security, and compliance services **If you are interested, please send me your updated resume** **jobinv1@hexaware.com** **Interested candidates:** **Please register using the Microsoft Form.** **To access the Microsoft Form, please open the link attached in the Naukri questionnaire.
