For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. **Job Description:** Job Description AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise-scale AWS infrastructure in a BAU (Business-As-Usual) environment. The role requires strong expertise in AWS cloud operations, automation using Terraform , and the ability to handle complex production environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be considered ͏ Cloud BAU Operations Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and operational stability in a 24x7 support model.Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentationAdminister AWS services including IAAS and PAAS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Route 53, etc.,).Manage multi-account environments, networking, and security configurations aligned with governance standards.Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform .Automate provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of resources.Integrate Terraform workflows with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.Monitor infrastructure using AWS-native and enterprise monitoring tools and proactively address performance issues.Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance policies, and governance frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, application, and security teams.Participate in on-call rotation and major incident management. ͏ Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations / production support, having Azure cloud knowledge is added advantage.Mandatory expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, ELB/ALB, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch)Experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change ManagementExperience with monitoring tools and scripting (Python/ShellFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and version control ͏ ͏ **Mandatory Skills:** Cloud Azure Admin . **Experience:** 5-8 Years .
