**Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement **CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and automation tools** - Provision and manage infrastructure using **Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)** - Manage and optimize **AWS services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers)** - Deploy and manage applications in **Kubernetes / OpenShift environments** - Define and monitor **SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for cloud services** - Implement **monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks** - Manage **incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)** - Ensure high availability and performance of **production systems** - Maintain **runbooks, documentation, and operational processes** - Collaborate with development teams to improve **deployment and automation practices** - Mentor team members and drive adoption of **DevOps & SRE practices** **MustHave Skills** **AWS & Cloud** - Strong hands-on experience with: - **AWS services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers)** - Experience managing **production cloud environments** **DevOps & Automation** - Strong expertise in: - **Terraform (IaC)** - **CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)** - Experience with automation and deployment workflows **Containers & Orchestration** - Experience with: - **Kubernetes / EKS / OpenShift** - Helm / GitOps concepts **SRE & Monitoring** - Strong understanding of: - **SRE principles and practices** - **SLI / SLO / SLA frameworks** - Experience with: - **Monitoring & observability tools** - Incident response and production support **GoodtoHave Skills** - Experience with: - **Kafka / MSK** - **PagerDuty or similar alerting tools** - Exposure to: - **GitOps practices** - Experience in: - **BFSI domain**
