Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design and architect enterprise-grade AWS cloud infrastructure solutions. - Lead cloud transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives. - Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. - Design and manage AWS networking components, including VPCs, Direct Connect, VPNs, Route 53, and load balancers. - Establish cloud governance, security controls, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native solutions. - Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership on AWS technologies. - Design disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability solutions. - Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, scalability, and cost management. - Create architecture documentation, standards, and operational procedures. - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud platform issues. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 4+ years focused on AWS cloud architecture. - Strong knowledge of AWS services including: - EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, EFS - VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway - IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager - ECS, EKS, Lambda - CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config - AWS Backup and Disaster Recovery services - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK). - Expertise in Linux and Windows server administration. - Strong understanding of networking, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and security architecture. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
