AWS Migration Engineer

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** 1. Strong hands-on experience in Java including Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend service development. 2. Solid understanding of Spring Boot microservices concepts: service discovery, inter-service communication, fault tolerance, and resiliency. 3. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. 4. Good knowledge of AKS fundamentals: pods, services, Gateway, autoscaling 5. Experience with RabbitMQ or messaging systems for asynchronous and event-driven processing. 6. Strong experience with PostgreSQL and working with managed databases during cloud migrations. 7. Design and develop microservices-based backend systems, following clean architecture and best practices. 8. Refactor existing AWS VM-based applications into cloud-native, containerized services **Job Requirements :** - 7-14 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts including infrastructure provisioning (AWS), networking (VPC), storage (EFS/S3) etc. - Experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or PostgreSQL is desirable.
