**About Position:** We are looking for an experienced AWS Specialist with strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD Automation, and Platform Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud environments while driving automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, containerization technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring platforms, and DevOps best practices to support enterprise-grade applications and platforms. - **Role: AWS Specialist** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. - Manage and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. - Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using monitoring and observability tools. - Troubleshoot issues across development, staging, testing, and production environments. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Improve deployment speed, reduce downtime, and enhance system stability. - Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. - Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Support system upgrades, release management, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, or Platform Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud platforms. - Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. - Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, and PowerShell. - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates. - Experience with configuration management tools including Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. - Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, and Cloud Monitoring Services. - Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git. - Good knowledge of operating systems, networking, security principles, load balancing, DNS, and cloud architecture. - Experience working with microservices and cloud-native applications. - Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Candidates with a BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA from a recognized university are preferred. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
