- Lead, Guide, Coach, Review, Mentor MuleSoft Senior and Junior Developers - Ability to work closely with MuleSoft Architect, EIP Team Members Fast Learning,  Complete Application Understanding, Changes, Suggestions, Analysis on Enterprise Integration Framework(InformaBoiler Plate) - Drive the Unity Processes for Standardization - Review the Current Scope, HLD, LLD, Code - Expert in Estimation, Coding, Tooling, Code Review, Validation Provide suggestions, how to incorporate Different Integration Design Patterns, Better Security, Productivity, Performance, Re-usability, Automation, provide Different Options & give Recommendations - Participate in Scrum DSU daily and Scrum Ceremonies and collateinformation for Weekly Status Report - Collaborate and Communicate proactively with all the teams
