**Role: Azure migration** **Experience: 8 to 12 years** **Location: Hyderabad / Pune Only** **JD:** **Migration Discovery & Assessment (Pre****Sales** **and Delivery)** - Lead **Azure readiness assessments**, application discovery, and dependency analysis. - Classify workloads using **6R migration strategies** aligned to customer business objectives. - Validate assessment outputs produced by offshore or assessment teams before migration execution - Input into **proposals, RFP responses, and** **Microsoft****funded** **(ECIF/AMM) migration plans**. **Target Architecture & Migration Design** - **Design Azure** **target****state** **architectures including:** - **Azure App Service, Azure SQL / SQL MI, Azure Functions** - **Azure Load Balancer, API Management, Azure Storage, ADF** - Lead database replatforming using: Azure DMS / DMA / Azure Data Studio - ]Runtime upgrades (.NET, Java, IIS, middleware) - Database migration to **Azure SQL / SQL MI / Oracle on Azure VM** - **Define cutover, rollback, and fallback strategies for** **replatformed** **workloads.** - **Create detailed migration runbooks and validation checklists**
