Job description

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent business/industry experience in a relevant discipline. - 8+ years of handson experience with **Azure Databricks**. - Demonstrated experience with the **Microsoft Azure Data toolkit**, Databricks Data Warehouse, Unity Catalog, and related products. - Strong technical leadership experience in an **agile environment**. - 5+ years handson experience with enterprise **RDBMS** such as Oracle and SQL Server. - 5+ years experience in **data modelling** and **data integration**. - Proven ability to enhance engineering maturity and apply engineering best practices. - Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. - Preferred: Big data certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP), experience in energy/utilities, people leadership, data governance tools (e.g., Informatica), CI/CD engineering frameworks, and migration to big data platforms.
