Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute database migration strategy - Perform schema conversion and data migration - Ensure performance tuning, data integrity, and security - Align DB architecture with application modernization - Support testing, validation, and production readiness **Key Skills:** - Azure SQL / Cosmos DB / NoSQL - AWS DB exposure (DynamoDB, OpenSearch) preferred - Data migration tools and strategies - Performance tuning and indexing **Generic Expectations:** - Strong experience inmigration from AWS/On-Prem to Azure - Exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code - Cross-skilled (e.g., Dev + DevOps + DB awareness preferred) - Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills - Self-driven, proactive, and high ownership mindset - Ability to work withminimal supervision in a fast-paced migration program
