The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks to support reliable and secure application deployments. - **Role: Azure DevOps Architect** - **Location: All Persistent Locations** - **Experience: 8+ Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design, implement, and manage **CI/CD pipelines** for application deployments using tools such as **Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions** - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using **Terraform** and **Ansible** - Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications on **Kubernetes platforms such as AKS and EKS** - Manage and optimize cloud environments across **Azure and AWS** - Implement **monitoring, logging, and alerting** solutions to ensure system performance, availability, and reliability - Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enable efficient release management and DevOps adoption - Troubleshoot production issues, system bottlenecks, and performance challenges across cloud and container environments - Drive improvements in **automation, scalability, security, and reliability** of infrastructure and deployment processes - Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation and configuration management frameworks **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices, tools, and cloud automation - Proven expertise in: - Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Ansible for configuration management and automation - Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) and Docker - Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions - Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell - Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch - Experience working with microservices architecture and container-based deployments - Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud/security best practices - Hands-on experience with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps workflows - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud-native DevOps solutions - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
