Job description

**Azure DevOps and ALM** - Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, boards, pipelines, and release processes. - Implement source control and branching strategies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated solution deployment. - Manage deployment of managed and unmanaged Dynamics 365 solutions across environments. - Configure build and release pipelines using YAML and classic pipeline approaches where applicable. - Automate the deployment of: - Dataverse solutions - Environment variables - Connection references - Power Automate flows - Plugins and custom assemblies - Web resources - Azure Functions and integration components - Implement pipeline approvals, release gates, service connections, and environment-specific configurations. - Maintain deployment versioning, tagging, release notes, and audit history. - Support rollback and recovery procedures for unsuccessful deployments. - Improve deployment automation, repeatability, and delivery speed. - **Environment and Configuration Management** - **Azure Integration and Cloud Engineering** - **Testing and Quality Assurance** - **Security and Compliance** - **Monitoring and Operational Support** - **Documentation and Collaboration** **Required Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps. - Hands-on experience developing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions. - Strong experience with Dynamics 365 solution management and application lifecycle management. - Practical experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. - Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration patterns. - Experience with PowerShell, YAML, PAC CLI, or other deployment automation tools. - Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, application users, and service principals. - Experience troubleshooting deployment, integration, performance, and environment-related issues. - Good understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management processes.
