Azure DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and support **Azure container platforms (AKS, ACR, container-based runtimes)** - Implement and manage **Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity)** - Develop and maintain **Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform / Bicep** - Integrate infrastructure with **CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)** - Implement **monitoring and observability** using: - Azure Monitor - Log Analytics - Application Insights - Support migration of **on-prem applications to Azure (containerized/cloud-native)** - Configure secure networking: - Private endpoints - Firewall / ingress controllers - Hybrid connectivity - Troubleshoot issues across **infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployments** - Ensure compliance with **security, governance, and enterprise standards** - Create **documentation, IaC templates, and operational runbooks** **MustHave Skills** **Azure Cloud & Infrastructure** - Strong experience with: - **Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, identity)** - Experience supporting **production cloud environments** **Containers & Orchestration** - Hands-on experience with: - **Kubernetes / AKS** - **Docker containerization** - Understanding of container lifecycle and operations **DevOps & Automation** - Strong expertise in: - **Terraform / Bicep (IaC)** - **CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)** **Monitoring & Observability** - Experience with: - **Azure Monitor** - **Log Analytics / Application Insights** **Architecture & Migration** - Experience in: - **Migrating applications from on-prem to Azure** - Supporting microservices / API deployments **GoodtoHave Skills** - Experience with: - **Service mesh (Istio / Linkerd)** - **GitOps tools (ArgoCD / Flux)** - Exposure to: - **Azure API Management / Front Door** - Knowledge of: - **Zero-trust security / advanced networking** - Experience with: - Cost optimization and performance tuning - Certifications: - **AZ-104 / AZ-305 / AZ-400 / CKA / CKAD**
