Role: Cloud Application/server Migration Specialist Location:Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad Required Technical Skill Set: Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud Desired Experience Range: 6+ Years **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** Must-Have\\*\\* (Ideally should not be more than 5-8) - We are looking for candidates with experience in migration (On-prem to Azure/Azure stack HCI) - Candidate must have demonstrated experience of migrating solutions to the Azure cloud platform using Azure migrate - Troubleshooting with System Administration with Linux/Windows - Expertise in Network and Security components within Azure - Developing Azure Cloud Based Systems using ARM or Terraform - Hand on experience in implementing and supporting Azure environments - Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing (Hypervisors, VMware). - Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications - Part of team support migrations and implement proposed solution - Responsible for expertise in computing systems, hardware, software, operational, security and support issues - Review, evaluate and recommend new or upgraded systems software packages and related hardware, based on established standards - Develop detailed implementation plans based on the architectural plans and complete implementation - Implement, monitor and manage Azure cloud infrastructure - Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy - Offer guidance in application migration from on-prem data center to Azure Cloud with related Azure cloud services - Serve as the Azure SME to plan and design solutions to transition functionality from legacy equipment to the client public and private clouds - 5-8 Years of experience is preferable **Good-to-Have** - Server administrator Certification from Azure Cloud - Good to have knowledge azure migrate tools - Good to have knowledge in AD server migrations - Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work. - Excellent knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid cloud service. - Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partner
