**Key Responsibilities** **Architecture & Design** - Define and implement **target-state architecture for integrated enterprise platforms** - Design **scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions** - Lead **application, data, and integration architecture decisions** - Ensure solutions meet **security, compliance, scalability, and resilience requirements** **Integration & Transformation** - Architect integrations across: - **Investment management systems** - **Insurance policy administration systems** - **Data platforms and analytics systems** - Drive **API-led integrations and event-driven architecture** - Define **middleware and integration patterns (ESB, APIs, messaging)** - Identify opportunities for **system rationalization and modernization** **Stakeholder & Governance** - Act as the **primary architecture owner** across the program - Collaborate with: - Business stakeholders - Enterprise architecture teams - Security, risk, and compliance teams - Participate in **architecture governance and review boards** **Delivery Support** - Translate business requirements into: - **High-Level Design (HLD)** - **Low-Level Design (LLD)** - Guide development teams through **build, testing, and deployment phases** - Review technical solutions for: - **Performance, scalability, and quality** - Support **migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization** **MustHave Skills** **Architecture Expertise** - Strong experience in: - **Solution / Enterprise Architecture** - **Application, Integration, and Data Architecture** - Ability to design **end-to-end enterprise systems** **Integration & API** - Strong knowledge of: - **API design (REST, Middleware, ESB)** - **Event-driven architecture** - Experience integrating **complex enterprise systems** **Cloud & Data** - Hands-on experience with: - **AWS / Azure cloud platforms** - Experience with: - **Data platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, reporting systems)** **Development Background** - Experience in one of: - **Java / .NET / PySpark ecosystems** - Strong understanding of modern application architectures **Non-Functional Design** - Expertise in: - **Security, performance, scalability, availability** - Understanding of: - **IAM, compliance, and governance frameworks** **Domain Expertise (Mandatory)** - Strong knowledge of: - **Asset Management systems** - **Insurance / Policy Administration systems** - Understanding of: - **Regulatory and compliance requirements** **GoodtoHave Skills** - Experience with: - **Mergers & acquisitions / large integration programs** - Exposure to: - **Data governance and enterprise data models** - Certifications: - **TOGAF / Azure / Cloud certifications**
