Role: Azure Tech Lead Experience:7-12Years Location: Chennai - Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps SME with 10+ years of relevant hands-on DevOps expertise and a strong foundation in Azure Cloud, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in driving DevOps strategy, optimizing processes, and guiding teams toward best-in-class delivery practices. - Key Requirements: \\* Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and GitLab. \\* Strong working knowledge of JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube. \\* Ability to analyze existing systems and define or refine architecture, introducing industry best practices. \\* Proficiency in evaluating emerging technologies and preparing quarterly technology roadmaps for stakeholders. \\* Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremoniesincluding Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Retrospectiveswhile acting as a Scrum Master. \\* Strong scripting skills for automation using Python, Shell, and PowerShell. \\* Capability to identify automation opportunities and implement end-to-end automated solutions. \\* Thorough understanding of customer requirements and project KPIs. \\* Expertise in defining and managing development, testing, release, update, and support processes within a DevOps environment. \\* Ability to monitor processes throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence. \\* driving improvements, and minimizing operational waste. \\* Implementation and maintenance of appropriate security controls and measures. \\* Experience in incident management and performing detailed root cause analysis. \\* Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with team members and customers. \\* Commitment to continuous improvement and building scalable CI/CD pipelines for integration, deployment, and delivery. \\* Strong mentoring abilities to guide and support team members and stakeholders. \\* Ability to prepare and manage periodic progress reports for management and customers. \\* Good to have: Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts.
