**Role & responsibilities** **Job Requirements\\*** •  1014 years of IT Infrastructure experience with focus on EUC/VDI •  4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing **Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)** solutions •  Strong expertise in **Windows 10/11 multi-session, Windows Server OS** •  Experience in **Azure Image Gallery, image creation, and customization** •  Hands-on configuration of **FSLogix** **profiles and supporting infrastructure** •  Knowledge of **MSIX App Attach and application modernization techniques** •  Strong understanding of **Azure services (AAD, AADS, RBAC, Storage, Backup, Networking, Firewall, Private Link, UDR)** •  Experience in implementing **BCP/DR for AVD environments** •  Experience with **AVD monitoring using Azure Monitor and native tools** •  Knowledge of **Group Policy, Active Directory, registry configurations** •  Exposure to **Windows 365 and hybrid VDI strategies** •  Experience working with **printer setup and redirection in AVD** •  Familiarity with **third-party tools (Nerdio,** **Liquit, Lakeside,** **SysTrack)** is a plus •  Certifications like **AZ-140, AZ-104** are preferred. **Key Responsibilities\\*** •  Own **end-to-end AVD architecture, design, and scaling strategy** •  Design and implement **secure, scalable AVD and Windows 365 environments** •  Build and maintain **golden images using Azure Image Gallery** •  Configure and optimize **FSLogix** **profile solutions** •  Implement **application delivery using MSIX App Attach** •  Define and execute **DR/BCP strategies for VDI workloads** •  Optimize **host pools for performance, cost, and security** •  Automate deployments using **DevOps tools (Terraform/Bicep/PowerShell)** •  Monitor environment using **Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, AVD Insights** •  Troubleshoot critical issues and **coordinate with Microsoft support** •  Manage **printing solutions and device redirection** in AVD •  Work closely with **security, network, and cloud teams** •  Provide **technical leadership and ownership across lifecycle**
