**Job Description** **Role: Azure Virtual Desktop SME** **Desired Experience Range:6 to 10 Years of experience** **Location of Requirement : Pune** **Desired Skills -Technical/Behavioral** Must-Have - Configuring, maintaining Azure Virtual desktops. - Creating and updating Golden Images for Azure Virtual desktop monthly - Configuring and maintaining Azure NetApp and Azure files for FSLogix volumes - Monitoring the Insights related to Azure virtual desktop - Creating and configuring scaling plans for reducing the cost for pooled environments - Creation of RemoteApp application in Azure virtual desktop based on the requirement - Configuring and maintaining Azure virtual desktop access assignment - Monitor User login session and troubleshoot and resolve the login related issue. - Monitor the Azure virtual desktop cost, all disk utilization. - Configuring and deploying and monitoring security, quality, driver updates on all AVD - Creating, Maintaining, troubleshoot Host pools, Application group, Workspaces - Performing FSLogix profile shrink activity monthly - Performing and troubleshooting Application installation and configuration on AVD virtual machine based on requester team requirement - Creating and Managing Endpoint Security - Antivirus, Endpoint Security - Antivirus Exclusion, Disk Encryption, Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response and attack surface reduction policies. - Creating and maintaining corporate URL for azure virtual desktop access - Performing Azure virtual desktop virtual machine Optimization - Deletion of non-used Azure virtual desktop host-pool, application group, custom images, virtual machines, resource group etc. - Creating and maintaining log analytics workspace. Good-to-Have - Intune, Nexthink and PowerShell - ServiceNow Experience **Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
