Job description

**Role :** Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) & Client PCs Support Engineer YOE : 6 to 15 Location : Bengaluru, PAN INDIA **JD:** **Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Operations** - Provision, configure and support AVD host pools, session hosts, application groups, workspaces and user assignments. - Manage golden image lifecycle, application availability, desktop publishing and access validation. - Troubleshoot AVD logon, connectivity, performance, profile, session host and user experience issues. - Manage FSLogix profiles, profile containers, folder redirection and related storage/access issues. - Monitor AVD health, session performance, availability, capacity and consumption trends; recommend right-sizing actions. **Client PC and Endpoint Support** - Provide L2 support for Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops, including OS, device, application, VPN, browser, printing, Teams and Microsoft 365 issues. - Support device provisioning, rebuild, refresh, IMACD, break/fix coordination, asset updates and handover activities. - Manage endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment and patching through Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager and SCCM / MECM where applicable. **Security, Governance and ITSM** - Implement and support endpoint security baselines, Defender for Endpoint, compliance posture, vulnerability remediation and conditional access dependencies. - Handle incidents, service requests, problems and changes through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and timely updates. - Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, operational reports, deployment records, asset inventory and CMDB updates. - Collaborate with Service Desk, EUC engineering, infrastructure, identity, security, network and application teams for escalations and continuous improvement.
