Job description

**Responsibilities:** - Design, deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. - Provision and maintain Host Pools, Application Groups, Workspaces, and Session Hosts. - Manage and optimise user profiles using FSLogix Profile Containers and Office Containers. - Monitor AVD performance, capacity, and user experience. - Configure autoscaling and cost optimisation strategies within Azure. - Administer Azure networking components including VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Private Endpoints. - Perform patch management and application deployment through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/Intune). - Troubleshoot login issues, profile issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks. - Implement security best practices including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Defender integrations. - Support Windows 10/11 Enterprise Multi-session environments.
