Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the banking domain. **Role Summary** To lead and coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the core banking implementation, with a focus on the CASA domain, ensuring business requirements are validated, defects are managed effectively, and business sign-off is achieved. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead UAT planning, strategy, scheduling, and coordination. - Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios and test cases. - Manage UAT execution, defect logging, follow-up, and retesting. - Coordinate with business users, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution. - Track testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and sign-off evidence. **Required Experience** - 10–15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in banking. - Strong experience in UAT execution within banking or core banking transformation programs. - Experience in CASA-related processes is preferred. **Required Skills** - UAT planning and execution - Defect management and stakeholder coordination - Strong documentation and analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, and Confluence **Preferred Skills** - FLEXCUBE exposure, especially CASA module - Experience in international/multi-location banking environments **thanks!**
