**Preferred candidate profile** - Experience: 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries preferred Business Analysis Expertise: Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process improvement. Pharma Data Knowledge: Familiarity with datasets **SP/Hub, 3PL, IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, Fingertip,Veeva** Technical Understanding: Ability to lead data engineering teams on system integrations and ETL processes. Experience with Databricks and Informatica IDMC is a plus. Stakeholder & Cultural Management: Strong collaboration skills to work with business teams and global teams in India and the US.
