**Greetings from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES!** **Skill: Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL** **Years of Experience: 4 - 10 years** **Location: Bangalore** **Job Description:-** **Job Requirements:** - 4+ years (Analyst) / 5+ years (Senior Analyst) in backend engineering. - Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript. - Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with AWS cloud services and modern SDLC practices. - Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, Clean Code). - Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization. - Understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, and API security. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and production support. - Ability to leverage GenAI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. - Build and support REST and GraphQL APIs. - Contribute to Supergraph architecture, schema design, federation, and service integration. - Develop secure-by-default services implementing authentication and authorization controls. - Write clean, modular, maintainable, and production-ready code. - Perform code reviews and participate in design discussions. - Build, test, deploy, and support services in AWS environments. - Implement observability, monitoring, reliability, and performance improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve production and pre-production issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - For Senior Analysts, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and lead complex backend initiatives.
