**Mega Walk In TCS Bengaluru Hiring for Backend Engineer** **INTERVIEW DETAILS:** **Interview date:** **18th July 2026, Saturday** **Interview time:** **9:00 AM - 1:00 PM** **Venue:** **Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus 42, 45 – P, Hosur** **Road, Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100.** **Job Summary:** **Role : Backend Engineer** **Experience: 4 year to 10 years** **Job Location: Bengaluru** **Eligibility Criteria:** •Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) •BE/ **B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS** with minimum 3 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience. • **B.Sc/BCA** Graduates with minimum 3.6 years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience. •Only Full Time courses would be considered. **Job Requirements\\*** 4+ years (Analyst) / 5+ years (Senior Analyst) in backend engineering.  Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.  Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.  Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.  Experience with AWS cloud services and modern SDLC practices.  Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, Clean Code).  Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.  Understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, and API security.  Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and production support.  Ability to leverage GenAI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams. **Key Responsibilities\\*** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. - Build and support REST and GraphQL APIs. - Contribute to Supergraph architecture, schema design, federation, and service integration. - Develop secure-by-default services implementing authentication and authorization controls. - Write clean, modular, maintainable, and production-ready code. - Perform code reviews and participate in design discussions. - Build, test, deploy, and support services in AWS environments.
