**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to drive sales growth and revenue for the bank's insurance products. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customers to identify cross-sell opportunities. - Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees on insurance products and processes to enhance their knowledge and skills. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted campaigns that meet business objectives. **Job Requirements :** - 1-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales or related field. - Strong understanding of life insurance industry dynamics, regulations, and best practices. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
