Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely payment processing and resolving customer queries. • Identify opportunities to cross-sell retail banking products such as CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, liabilities, and assets for each client. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in retail banking or related field. • Strong knowledge of current account management systems and processes. • Ability to identify new business opportunities through effective relationship-building with customers.
