**Designation:** Business Development Manager Interested candidates can share their resumes on **sharvari.lokare@kotak.com or 9892923348** **Office Location:** KLI - Bangalore Educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree Required work experience - 4 to 10 years in Life Insurance **Roles and Responsibilities:** - To manage team of SMs and Sales Associates in the state - To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/ districts. - To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees - Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner - Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc - MIS management for the team and channel - Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of team - Candidate must work in open architecture - Tie up with Kotak / Au / SIB/ Bandhan Bank
