We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Batch Operations / Scheduler Engineer** **Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years** **Location: Chennai, Bangalore** **Interview Mode: Friday Online Interview** **Must Have:** **Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners** - Manage batch scheduling systems (CAWLA / Control-M / Autosys) - Monitor and ensure batch job success (≥99.5%) - Deploy job changes & automation improvements - Troubleshoot: - Job failures (abends) - Dependency issues - Perform agent management & patching - Handle file transfer setup (SFG, mainframe migration) - Manage keys/certificates (SSH/PGP) - Perform performance tuning of batch flows - Provide RCA and reporting **Good-to-Have:** - 3–5 years in batch/scheduling tools - Experience with: - CAWLA / Autosys - Unix/Linux scripting - Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset **Essential:** - Flexible working in 24\\*7 environment - Flexible to work on weekends - Good communication skills to deal with customer - End-to-End knowledge of activities being done
