**Role & responsibilities** : - **Customer Consultation:** Greet customers, understand their beauty/skincare needs, and offer personalized product recommendations. - **Product Demonstration:** Conduct basic makeovers, skin tests, and product demonstrations to ensure customer confidence in their purchases. - **Sales Targets:** Drive store sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling. - **Brand Expertise:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of various premium beauty brands, product ingredients, and the latest beauty trends. - **Store Operations:** Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels, replenishing floor displays, and keeping track of inventory. - **Visual Merchandising & Hygiene:** Ensure tester stands, makeup stations, and display shelves are clean, hygienic, and aligned with Nykaas visual guidelines. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Build a loyal clientele by capturing customer details for CRM, sharing updates on new launches, and informing them about ongoing store promotions. **Preferred candidate profile** : - Minimum education: 10th Pass / SSC. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A strong passion for the beauty, skincare, and retail industry. - Presentable, grooming-conscious, and confident in approaching customers. - Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or hospitality is an added advantage (but not mandatory).
