Job description

End to end Partner onboarding as per the internal guidelines - Coordination with internal control groups like Legal, Compliance and product for onboarding the partner Sourcing incremental Business through partnerships - BTL activities with Partner for their customer base for driving ABFL digital product adoption - Execute client acquisition activities like prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, need articulation, solution fitment and relationship maintenance Business Growth Targets & Portfolio Control - Deliver targets for number of sourcing programs, number of customers acquired through sourcing streams, number of partners identified for digital lending & VAS - Ensuring incremental lending book at optimized cost - Scan the market, competitive offerings and potential clients on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities - Monitor performance of different sourcing channels to ensure quality customer intake - Put adequate controls and monitoring mechanism in place to ensure healthy book quality
