We are looking for a BI Architect with AI expertise to join our Data & AI Competency. What You'll Do - Define enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs. - Design modern BI ecosystems using cloud-native data platforms and AI technologies. - Lead BI modernization initiatives from legacy reporting platforms to next-generation analytics solutions. - Design semantic models, business metrics, data products, and enterprise KPI frameworks. - Integrate Generative AI, Copilots, and AI Agents into BI and analytics solutions. - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable analytics architectures. - Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for enterprise BI implementations. - Support solutioning, pre-sales, client workshops, and technical proposals. - Mentor architects and engineering teams on architecture, governance, and delivery best practices. - Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation across the competency. What We're Looking For : Required Skills - 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Analytics. - Strong architecture experience across enterprise BI ecosystems. - Expertise in one or more BI platforms:   - Microsoft Power BI   - Tableau   - Qlik Sense   - MicroStrategy   - SAP BusinessObjects   - IBM Cognos - Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, semantic modeling, KPI design, and data visualization principles. - Experience designing analytics solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Strong SQL and data modeling expertise. - Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills. ### AI & Modern Analytics Skills Hands-on experience or strong exposure to: - Microsoft Copilot / Fabric AI - Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs - AI-powered analytics and Natural Language Query - Semantic Layer and Business Context Modeling - Knowledge Graphs and Metadata-driven Analytics - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - AI Assistants and Agentic AI concepts - Prompt Engineering and AI Governance ## What Makes You Stand Out - Experience in consulting or system integration organizations. - Strong solution architecture and client-facing experience. - Experience in presales, competency and leading enterprise BI transformation programs. - Exposure to Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Semantic Layer, or Business Context architectures. - Experience creating reusable solution accelerators or intellectual property. - Thought leadership through blogs, conference speaking, whitepapers, or technical communities.
