Job description

**Role Overview:** The BI Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that enable organizations to make data-driven decisions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, architecting data models, and ensuring the delivery of robust reporting and analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement end-to-end business intelligence solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. - Work closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and optimize data warehouses and data marts to support analytics and reporting needs. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI solutions. - Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools and technologies to fit organizational needs. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to BI developers and analysts. - Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience as a BI Architect, Data Architect, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and data warehousing. - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent. - Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
