Job description

Key Responsibilities Sigma Development:          Design and create new Sigma Workbooks, enhance them , dashboards, KPIs, input tables, scenario models.          Implement Drill Anywhere, Underlying Data exploration, controls, linked input tables.          Create intuitive visuals and optimize performance. Snowflake + Data Modelling:          Build Snowflake views, fact/dim tables, transformations, aggregates.          Work with EDW/Iris-derived datasets, renewal/facility logic. Data Quality:          Validate and reconcile data; troubleshoot reporting issues. Stakeholder Collaboration:          Gather requirements and translate into analytics solutions. Core Skills & Experience          Strong SQL and analytical skills.          Hands-on Sigma Computing experience.          Snowflake modelling expertise.          Understanding of EDW ? Snowflake ? Sigma flows[including writeback].           Strong communication and Agile delivery experience. Preferred Experience          London Market insurance data.          Renewal/facility/underwriting workflows. Engagement Expectations          Deliver high-quality Sigma dashboards and Snowflake datasets aligned to business timelines.          Provide clear documentation of logic, data mappings, and dashboard usage.          Support iterative delivery with fast turnaround for enhancements.          Work collaboratively with Arch stakeholders and integrate into existing delivery rhythms.
