Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end big data projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Oversee the design and implementation of big data solutions using Scala and other relevant technologies. - Ensure effective utilization of Hive for data warehousing and analysis. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-15 years of experience in managing big data projects. - Proficiency in Scala and Big Data technologies. - Strong leadership and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Hive and other data warehousing tools. - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a big data environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
