**Role & responsibilities** - Coordinate BIM implementation across projects, - Ensure that project teams follow BIM standards, - Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors, - Assist in model coordination and clash detection. - Oversee BIM model creation and organization. - Perform clash detection and resolution. - Data Exchange and Collaboration: - Implement BIM collaboration tools. - Provide BIM training and support to team members. - Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings. **Preferred candidate profile** - Proficiency in BIM Software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). - Knowledge of BIM Standards and Protocols (e.g., ISO 19650). - Project Coordination and Management Skills. - Effective Communication and Collaboration Abilities. - Technical Troubleshooting Expertise. - Training and Education Experience. - Quality Control and Attention to Detail. - Problem-Solving Skills. - Leadership and Organizational Abilities. **Experience Required** - 10+ years of experience in BIM-related roles. - Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks). - Experience coordinating BIM processes on construction projects. - Familiarity with industry BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650). - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
