**Modeler – BIM (Junior)** SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATION Job Function EDRC Role Modeler - BIM (Junior) Sub Job Family Building Information Modelling (BIM) Band TC2-TC6 SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) Support BIM modeling activities by developing accurate models and drawings under the guidance of senior team members. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES - Assist in developing 3D BIM models as per design inputs. - Prepare and update shop drawings and documentation. - Support senior modelers and leads in clash detection and coordination. - Maintain model documentation and version control. SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction - BIM Coordinators – Task coordination and model validation - Design Engineers – Inputs and design clarification External Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction - Consultants (via BIM Lead/Coordinator) – Design updates and issue resolution - Contractors (if required) – Drawing clarifications SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE **Minimum Qualifications** - Diploma Mechanical Language Skills - English ,Regional Language (Preferred) **Experience** Years of Experience - 3–6 years Nature of **Experience** - Hands-on experience in detailed BIM modeling, drawing extraction, and coordination support for medium to large-scale projects SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLE **Skills** Technical Skills - Basic proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, or relevant BIM software. - Ability to interpret drawings and convert them into models. - Willingness to learn and adopt new tools. - Strong attention to accuracy. Leadership / Behavioral Skills - Eagerness to learn and follow instructions - Attention to detail and task discipline - Team collaboration and punctuality
