Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining suitable insurance plans, and assisting individuals in understanding policy benefits and terms. The role involves supporting customers with proposal forms, premium payments, and policy servicing, as well as maintaining regular follow-up to build long-term relationships. The BIMA SAKHI ABHIKARTA also works closely with LIC branch staff to ensure accurate documentation, timely submission of applications, and adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines. This position requires active community engagement, participation in local outreach activities, and consistent achievement of sales and service targets. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and basic counseling skills to explain insurance products clearly and support customers in decision-making. - Candidates should possess relationship-building, customer service, and community outreach skills to create trust and maintain long-term policyholder connections. - Candidates should possess basic sales, negotiation, and target-oriented work skills to promote LIC plans and achieve agreed business goals. - Candidates should possess fundamental numerical ability, record-keeping, and documentation skills for handling proposals, premiums, and policy information accurately. - Candidates should possess familiarity with local language and culture in and around Saraipali to effectively engage with community members. - Minimum educational qualification should typically be completion of secondary education (higher qualification is an advantage), with willingness to undergo LIC-prescribed training and licensing processes. - Candidates should possess integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of social responsibility, along with the ability to work independently and in coordination with LIC branch teams. - Basic computer or smartphone literacy for using digital tools, online forms, and communication platforms will be beneficial.
