Location: Pune Work Mode: Work from Office Experience Required: 3 to 11 Years Walk-In Date: 1st August 2026 Time: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM Venue Tata Technologies 25, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411057 Job Description: 1. Lead the design and development of Body-in-White (BIW) components and assemblies, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and manufacturing targets. 2. Conduct detailed design activities for Upper Body, Under Body, Structures, and Closures, utilizing advanced CAD software, primarily Catia. 3. Perform feasibility studies and provide technical solutions for complex BIW design challenges, considering material selection and manufacturing processes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including styling, manufacturing, and CAE to integrate design requirements and optimize structural performance. 5. Develop and maintain design documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications, in accordance with industry standards. 6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, reviewing their designs and ensuring quality and compliance. 7. Drive problem-solving initiatives related to BIW design, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions. 8. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in BIW design, materials, and manufacturing processes to foster innovation. 9. Participate in design reviews and present technical solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and rationale. 10.
