Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - To have day to day interaction with production line & resolve issues & work as a launch team for new programs post FDJ - To perform root cause analysis & countermeasure action preparation, and have interaction with supplier, other internal department for resolution of issue - To support cost reduction & cost management post FDJ. - To manage team & work allocation . - To support Data acquisition, analysis, conclusion, report preparation, ECN implementation & DML release activity - To Co-ordinate with supplier, finalize technical scope, preparing synopsis - To Prepare Design Guidelines and Co-ordinate between design team & plant team **Preferred candidate profile** - Knowledge of BIW processes, Trim development & rust prevention, Seal & Trims systems - Knowledge DFMEA/DVP/GD&T/ Stack Up analysis and CATIA/UG & team center - Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability - Having knowledge of development cycle & complete product cycle - Excellent Knowledge of 8D/QC Story/5WH/PDCA & other tools knowledge - Communications & Presentation skills - Good team leader & player - Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions - Lead/participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) - Product design & Target setting . - Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking
