BIW Upper Body Design Engineer

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design and develop BIW (Body-in-White) components using CATIA V5 software. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets functional requirements and manufacturing constraints. - Conduct design reviews, analyze designs for manufacturability, and optimize part geometry for weight reduction. - Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for production. **Job Requirements :** - 1-3 years of experience in BIW design engineering or related field. - Proficiency in CATIA V5 software with knowledge of sheet metal design principles. - Strong understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
